At least 4 drawings of penises on the sidewalk on N. Washington between 11th and 12th.

People REPEATEDLY drive up Washington between 10th and 12th going the wrong direction (it is a one-way street going south). The problem has increased this summer. I see at least one driver a day. Is there any way to mark the one-way nature of the street better? There is no obvious signage.
