Greeting! Street light is burned out on pole at 12th and Monroe. Crestmont Community Apartments. It was dark this morning going to the c-store on my bike.
Blue Lives Matter sign from the protest clash this weekend is hanging from the traffic light.
Hello- Ca blockin the bike lane on Washington just south of mith SAt 12/9/23 at 6:13pm. Blurry pic, but IN plate: 125RVH This particular vehicle actually drove in the bike for the length of Washington to 2nd St after delivering food. It would be good if delivery and ride share divers were instructed to NOT block bike lanes and if consequences were in place if they do. thanks again!
This is more likely a Watermain problem, but there’s an overflow at this water valve access
The stop sign when heading south on Washington Street at the corner of Washington and Second Street has graffiti on it. The word is “pu**y”, and it is right next to The Project School. It has been here a while and my 8-year-old is now asking the meaning. Can this be replaced or painted over?
Street light flickered out. This is a bus stop and transient area so important to keep well lit for safety of all.
Can the city consider installing “cross-traffic does not stop” signs below the stop signs on Allen Street at its intersections with Washington and Lincoln Streets? Cyclists may be lulled into a false sense of security as they ride on Allen Street, a marked bicycle boulevard, especially if they have just come off the B-Line trail where they are conditioned to cars yielding to them at intersections. As such, they might not be watching diligently for cross-vehicular traffic (or will assume that vehicles are going to stop for them) on Washington and Lincoln Streets, which does not have to stop at their respective Allen Street intersections. By installing “cross-traffic does not stop” signs (both eastbound and westbound) on Allen Street, safety can be improved by giving cyclists another warning that they had better heed the stop signs.
