The uReport system is hanging up at the submission phase. I'm trying to report a sidewalk problem with a photo attached, but it has hung up at the submission phase multiple times on different days that I've tried.

We were charged over $300 under sanitation for "Large Item Pick up", however, were not responsible for any items that were allegedly picked up. I have tried to get in contact with the sanitation department for the past month with no avail. I would like to get this issue resolved so I am not responsible for the charges or the late fees that could potentially accrue. Trash blocking sidewalk

4391 W Belle Avenue—trash pick-up was fine, but they never got my recyclables. Went there at lunch to put bins in garage. Left it out thinking that maybe they’re now coming much later for recyclables. I put it back in garage after 5pm as neighbors bins were all away.

About ticket #192627. You closed it with the comment that the contractor has filled the hole. The contractor has half-filled it with gravel that is quickly being scattered as folks park with a wheel in the hole. The hole is growing, and is a hazard. It hasn't been filled. Thank you,

Made complaint about 2501s. Bryan Street, when the address is 2501/2503 s. Camden, owned by Gary Wampler. Excessive trash. Arguments/ screaming on daily basis. Believe Mr Wampler is renting out rooms again, numerous people in and out. Drugs being sold out of there. People living in blue/white mobile trailer by detached garage.
