On the second floor on the Morton Street parking garage there is a security camera hanging very low. I walked into it today and was badly injured by it. It is a very big hazard for anyone walking in the parking garage. This has caused me a significant amount of trauma and pain. I am certain others have experienced the same issue. Please get this fixed immediately. The negligence is unacceptable. My team of lawyers will be in contact.

I discovered that AEG had drilled through my sewer tile after calling plumbers several times to fix sewer blockages. On April 9, 2024, I contacted Eddie Helmondollar and his supervisor Dave Craig (cc:ed above) with pictures of the damage and a copy of the invoice I paid to the plumbing company ($2250). Dave says that he has repeatedly contacted Accounts Payable to check on the status of my claim. But despite my regular requests for help, I have not received any assurance the claim is being processed or when to expect the reimbursement. It is now July—3 months since I alerted AEG to the problem. Please assist me with this request. Thank you for any help you can provide. Not really an issue per say. More a general question. For people walking down third street is there any way for them speed up the light change when there is no cross traffic coming? I normally try to give it two minutes to change? I've noticed it doesn't change automatically unless there is physical cross traffic sitting at the light. Some nights I have enough time to truly wait other nights when running late waiting there is far to much time in my own opinion. If there isn't that's cool. As I said I'm just curious. Thank-you for your time :)

It seems with the hospital construction that the speed limit signs (20MPH) coming onto E Discovery Pkwy from the bypass were never replaced. There is also a "children at play" sign way up on the hill by the childcare's fence, but there is nothing within driver view, near the road, that indicates this area should be slower and that children may be present. Could you please consider adding these signs for the safety of the children? People have been FLYING through there at 40+ MPH. Thank you.

Nearly every year, in early February, the sewer backs up into my basement. The engineer reported that it is caused by large volumes of grease dumped into the sewer after Chinese New Year, then the cold, causing fatbergs to form just beyond the access at the end of the street. My basement is the lowest, so I get hit. In recent years, preventative cleaning has been scheduled–last year it did not back up! I'd like to make sure that happens again, to prevent a fifth annual sewer flood at my house. Thank you!

Can the sidewalk at xxx East 7th Street be shaved down to eliminate the height difference between the two adjoining slabs? See photo attached. This height difference can be dangerous for westbound cyclists riding on the sidewalk who need to negotiate both a quick right turn and a left turn to enter the SR46 underpass. Now that an asphalt multi-use path has been built at Relato Bloomington at the intersection of Pete Ellis Drive and Longview Avenue, westbound cyclists are more apt to ride on the path/sidewalk vs. the street, and will continue to ride on the sidewalk all the way to the underpass. Cyclists will be going at speed since it is downhill westbound. To negotiate this sidewalk height disparity, while at the same time negotiating a sweeping turn, poses a dangerous situation that can be easily eliminated.
