Overgrown yard
Yard at the house has been overgrown for years and there is a car that is covered partial with tarp that has it license plate covered. This has been going on for for years. Looks great when students are moving in the neighborhood. Why can’t the city do something about it. Why does this person get special treatment? If so then just get rid of CITY CODE.
More overgrown yard Looks like the house has been abandoned and probably has squatters in it. Again this has been going on for years. Nice how the city enforce the code so unequally. I understand the does have some leeway to interpret the code but this seems to fall outside of that. Drives Down the neighbors home values and or rental income.
816 E. Second St. yard overgrown with weeds, which also obstruct sidewalk
600 S. Woodlawn, overgrown on the E. Second side of the corner lot. Weeds and sidewalk obstruction
923 & 925 E. Hunter: sidewalk obstructed by vegetation growing from the side and from above the sidewalk.
919-921 E Hunter vegetation obstructing sidewalk right of way
919 E Hunter poison ivy growing on wall adjacent to sidewalk and impinging on sidewalk right of way.
Very tall bushes blocking sight for neighbors and creating serious hazard. Resident has been informed but not taken action.
