There are homeless encampments steadily increasing in number behind my house and those of my neighbors. There are now several in view of my windows. The amount of trash is staggering, including countless hypodermic needles. Trash is regularly set on fire by the residents of the encampments, producing noxious smoke that smells terrible and is surely not safe to breathe. The city needs to do something about these encampments. Open air drug use within feet of neighborhoods with young children should not be tolerated. I've been a resident of Bloomington for a decade and I'm strongly considering moving out of town due to the city's inability to address this issue. Please do something.

I like to keep my privacy fence clear and clean on both sides and currently I cannot do so because of envading branches and other overgrowth from my neighbors yard onto my yard (2412). Not sure who to contact about this as she is not approachable

We had Weddle Plumbing out today to rod-out our main sewer line (due to slowness). He didn't find the usual root issue they normally do on our line, and when he checked the city sewer access, we found the main sewer water level unusually high (and at times stagnant). See image attached. It seems like the city's main line may also need rodding. I hope this can be serviced soon, before it affects (back up into) our line (again?).

Does not have handicap parking nor sidewalk access for handicap or proper dooring to allow a wheelchair or walker to enter the business. There is also no smoke alarms for the hearing impaired within the a building that has many obstacles to reach the only 2 Exits at the front of the building. There is a locked gate put in place at 8pm while customers are still in the building that blocks off the exit to the back of the building.

There is a walking trail that is being used as a road for people in the apartment complex’s up the hill. This is a massive safety concern. They have cut a steel cable that once blocked vehicles coming down this road. Please place steel post to prevent anymore vehicles using this walking path.

There are some compost bins set up by the mailboxes for several of the houses - they are actually closer to the home at 2516 S Bryan St than 2510 S Bryan, but they were erected by the homeowners of 2510. There is a general terrible odor coming from them, and it seems like perhaps some waste that isn't appropriate for compost bins may be the cause. (Possibly meat, chicken waste, other fecal matter?) We have also noticed an increase of insects and bugs in mailboxes and in surrounding homes.

two properties above us the road all the water on the road goes into the yard comes down toward are house crossing on road since it is all down hill into the neighbors beside us into my yard. it drains.in front of my garage and runs on my . about 3 to 4 inches of water on my side walk .side walk. also the road south of us also runs in neighbor east of my house also runs runs to my house. South of me there is a a large building about 40 feet long that doesn't have gutters it runs down across the road on neighbors which in turn runs toward my house. II have pictures to send in the mail which I wi8ll need to send you because I don't know how to send them in the mail. I have spent 400.00 to put a ridge to keep from running in my yard. I also had a drain dug in my drive about 4 feet from the fence running about 2 foot deep running toward the drain in the back of my house that cost me 650.00. I will write on the back of the picture that will explain what they are for when I send them thank you and I will write on the back . Also in front of garage my small car is on ramps so the water will not get my brake shoes wet and i have to not park my other car about7 feet from the garage so i can;t park a car behind my car. A few minutes ago, a white dump truck without City emblems stopped in front of my house. Two men got out and shoveled the leaves from the drain in front of my house and across the street into the drains. I thought we weren’t supposed to put leaves in the drain. The drain in front of my house is my adopt-a-drain, so it didn't have many leaves but the one across the street had more.

Both Street lights accross from my condo complex on Covenanter are out and there has been a lot of reporting of homeless living by our creek.
