- 2 dogs reside in this unit. They are extremely reactive. The black one, Charlie, attacked my dog today. This isn’t the first time that dog has attacked another dog before. My dog is very small and Charlie is a pit/bully breed mix. The sitter that was watching them couldn’t even hold onto the dog because it was so reactive and therefore got away from her grip and straight lined to me and my dog. That dog and the orange and white other pit/boxer mix they have are constantly reactive. I’ve watched the dogs pull their handlers down more than once to chase after my dog. It has caused an unsafe environment to even walk my dog. Also, everyday you walk past their door, the dogs are barking. They’re reactive to humans through the windows and reactive and aggressive to other dogs all the time. I don’t want to be in a space where I feel like I cannot safely walk my dog. I already feel horrible submitting this, but they’ve left me no choice.

We just moved in the corner of N. Maple St. and the alleyway behind 707 W. 7th St. when we drive through the alley there is a lot of overgrowth and the trees are scratching our vehicles if they could be something done about this I would appreciate it both sides of the alley is overgrow with trees and limbs

The over grown trees and foliage along the side of the street block the line of sight for south traffic on Fritz including blocking the stop sign (with tree limbs and a new no parking sign that someone installed so its not visible to traffic).

Did the City install no parking signs immediately in front of stop signs on the residential street going out onto Walnut? So drivers dont clearly see the stop sign on a main street?

707 W. 7th St. has signs placed on their fence which is against the city of Bloomington to have any signing on fences also in the alleyway of 707 on their fence there is more signs. Thank you for your time and hard work.

Continuously parking on unimproved service

There are suddenly no parking signs in front of the stop signs. The signs dont match anything else in this area of the city and cant be read when driving down the street. There's no way the city installed these. Did someone put up unsanctioned street signs after getting tired of the paper signs littering the streets here or did this get contracted out to a company who has no idea how to install street signage? This is not safe!

At the cross street of Diamond St and Moravec Way there is a ditch with a fence railing that is full of all kinds of clothing and trash and garbage flowing into the ditch drain. Most of it has probably come from dumpster divers behind the Opportunity House and the trashmound keeps growing. I believe this is on city property and it is along the sidewalk next to the B line trail. It is a mess that keeps getting worse. Bags of garbage and belongings are also littered along the beeline trail along the Moravec Way Trail crossing.

The O'Neill/Wells library crosswalk, especially after afternoon classes, causes significant traffic buildup, congestion, and confusion. After boarding the 9 bus at the IMU at 5:00, it took over 20 minutes to get from 10th and Woodlawn to the crosswalk in question. I have experienced this same issue while driving as well. This is a consistent issue during the week. I am not sure if solutions have been considered before, but if there have been I would love to know. Thank you for your consideration.
