See #188316. Same issue with too-bright street lamp now at 12th/Washington. Please be mindful of property boundaries when it comes to illumination and not cast light on houses, etc. Also, with the bright lights up it makes it all the more convenient for dragsters to drive extremely fast down 12th Street at night. If the City's intention is ostensibly to make the street safer, why not install stop signs somewhere, such as at Lincoln and/or Grant? The frequency of vehicles that taking advantage of the lack of any speed controls (signs, etc.) and that drive 40-50mph down the street during the evenings, night, and early mornings is angering.

Last few weeks we had the people laying fiber lines in our neighborhood. A few weeks ago when we had a lot of rain they had their utility sign in the tree plot near our dive way. Which caused this huge hole were the sign was. My picture really doesn't due this huge whole justice but here's a picture. It's on the left side of my drive if you are looking from the street. Is this something that they could come back and fix? I would appreciate it. Thanks

During the fall of 2020, annual maintenance of the electric wires on the right side of the street (heading south) was done. I don’t know if it’s the city, Duke Energy, or a company who performs this task but today I am writing to complain about the results of the work. It affects the following locations
* Beginning at 1816 S High heading south through 2011 S High
* And again beginning at 2020 S High heading south through 2021 S High
As an avid gardener, it is painful to look at the way the trees are trimmed in the first place. This is the most egregious offense. And just as important, the trees and limbs that were removed are randomly thrown on the ground and it is a visual eyesore. When I look at this I wonder why all the trees aren’t just removed from both stretches on South High? Who is responsible for this mess and what can be done about it? It is shoddy work and our town of Bloomington shouldn’t allow for it.

there's a dam in the creek along the back of Then Fields apartments built to feed their fish ponds. It's in a very bad state of disrepair and could fail any day. It's just upstream of a bridge on E.moores that is also in a bad state, if the dam were to fail it could cause the bridge to fail too. Not to mention damage to properties along the same creek, and ecological damage as the ponds would drain. See attached map.

Homeless encampment at seminary square and on so walnut street is unbelievable. I grew up in Bloomington attended IU and have family here. On a recent visit I was appalled at what this city as been allowed to become!! Shame on you and the leaders in this community. We deserve better than what you are providing and allowing to happen here. U mention growing back…I can assure you this is not how business owners want the city to be portrayed.

Car left on private property continuously in a location visible from public property for more than thirty days. License sticker has expired.
No house number but we think it is 516 S Eastside Drive, house across from the church parking lot, with the dead tree in the front yard and lots of branches underneath it.
