Problem reported (#178290) on 11/30/21 and added to the repair list on 12/9/21 by Chris Axsom. There is now a noticeable depression leading from my sewer line to the collapsing curb. Am I still on the repair list?

There is a couple living in this camper, you can even see the cable connecting power to the house right next to ours, not sure of address. The owner of the home it’s parked in front of has no idea what’s happening or if they are going to be there for an extended period of time.

I'm not sure if this is the proper way to report this, but there is a very dangerous crosswalk where I've almost been hit multiple times and I have seen the same thing with other pedestrians. The problem is when crossing from the NE corner of 10th and Walnut to the NW corner. The problems result from the fact that 1) the crosswalk is obscured from view for drivers on 10th coming from the East and 2) the stop line for those drivers is back from the intersection to allow for trucking turning E on 10th from Walnut. The result is that pedestrians start to cross on the walk signal but the drivers turning right from 10th have a bit of speed by the time they can even see anyone in the crosswalk and frequently can't stop in time when they come upon a walker. The only real safe way to navigate that crosswalk as a pedestrian is to just not use the actual crosswalk (eg. stay way to the left almost in the lane of traffic so you are even seen). If you try crossing there at 5pm any day of the week, you will immediately see what I'm talking about. ;) I'm not sure what the solution is but I just know it is very dangerous. At a bare minimum, I would suggest removing the bush at the NE corner to increase visibility but even then the layout of that corner is dangerous so perhaps someone can take a look and see if anything can be done? On 100 S. Grant, could the city fix the sidewalk here at the entrance at the alley? Past construction has ruined this sidewalk.

Curb has sunk about 6 inches below road pavement creating deep hole. Caused by broken connection to sewer pipe on city property. City supposedly repaired the leak over a year ago, but area is still sinking to the point that ground level is now below the pavement and still sinking.

leaving the City Hall parking lot by the SW ramp to the B-line (just south of the fence), there is a heave of sidewalk on the ramp, demonstrated in the attached pictures. It is significant enough to cause a County Commissioner to fall on Friday and create an avulsion fracture of her finger! (I cannot tell if the photos loaded, so you may have double copies.)

Unsafe walking conditions on sidewalk due to lack of snow and ice removal

The sidewalk on 7th street between Walnut and College is still covered in snow and ice. Most people are walking across the Taco Bell parking lot and cutting across the landscaping at One City Center in order to reach the One City Center building b/c that way is easier to walk on than the icy sidewalk. It would be greatly appreciated if the sidewalk could be cleared. the other sidewalks in this area are already clear and clean. Thank you!

A part of the curb is sinking right above my sewer line which leads from my house, under the street and connects to the city sewer line. I'm concerned that the collapse of the curb will break my sewer line which I am responsible for. Please send someone to assess the cituation. Thank you.
