A south-facing speed limit sign on Union just north of 7th and a north-facing speed limit sign on Union just south of 10th incorrectly state the speed limit as 25mph. According to muni code 15.24.020, Union is 30mph from 3rd to Law.
North side of 17th and Dunn has no pavement markings or signage to indicate the presence of a left turn only lane.
I work for IU Campus Bus Service. Saturday, we were driving a special service that necessitated that we use the new portion of Woodlawn Avenue. (Once the railroad crossing is complete, buses will go up and down Woodlawn Avenue from the Stadium to Campus and back about 70 times a day during the week.) I noticed that a vehicle was parked on Woodlawn just north of 14th St. on the east side of the street blocking the bike lane, but mostly out of the lane of car traffic. I also noticed there are no "No Parking" signs on this new stretch of Woodlawn. Can those be added to prevent people from parking here? Thank you.
11th and Grant. This stop sign is just hanging by a single bolt (with no nut) to the pole. And it is also only approximately five feet off the ground unlike the other stops signs in the area that are about 7 feet off the ground.
Need to do something so that traffic westbound on 10th does not get stuck by a vehicle trying to turn left onto Pete Ellis.
There needs to be a pedistrian crossing at the corner of Union and 5th. It is often dangerous to cross there.

I would like to request that a turn signal be added to the traffic lights at the 3rd Street and Woodscrest intersection for drivers on 3rd Street coming from the East who wish to turn South onto Woodscrest. There is already a turn signal on Woodscrest for drivers who are driving North and turn West onto 3rd Street, and that turn signal is extremely helpful. However, there is no turn signal on 3rd Street for people who wish to turn left onto Woodscrest after coming from the East, and as a result, the turn is very difficult and often even unsafe to make. Often times, drivers never have a chance to make a left turn while the light is green due to the often high traffic on 3rd street, and so the drivers are able to turn only when the light turns yellow. Adding a turn signal there would undoubtedly increase the safety for everyone at that intersection. Many of the other intersections on 3rd Street have traffic lights with left turn signals, even for both the East and West directions, and I don't think that the 3rd Street and Woodscrest intersection should continue to lack a turn signal for drivers turning left onto Woodscrest. This sign stand has been here for over a year. It used to have an End Construction sign on it, but some one has apparently taken it.
The house at 621 West 6th Street has tiny no parking signs in their yard along Fairview Street. Is this an actual no parking zone? If so, these do not look like legitimate no parking signs.
