Your online reservation system for parks is flawed. https://webtrac.bloomington.in.gov/wbwsc/webtrac.wsc/search.html When I search for Winslow Woods Shelter for 9/21/2019 with starting time 8am, I get a result of "Unavailable." If I change the starting time to 12am, I get a result of "6am-11am Available." This is clearly incorrect behavior and has caused us continued confusion starting at least since Fall 2018. This should be a high priority item for fixing, since it makes the reservation system very unreliable.

The young kids playground at Bryan Park has some dangerously large gaps in the ground cover surface. This is the park in the north west corner along Henderson. See the included photo. These gaps are wide enough and deep enough for a size 11 adult male shoe to get tripped up in, let alone a child running and having fun. This needs fixed.

My daughter dropped her keys in lake Griffey while out there in a canoe. We left a note on her car and spoke with Allie and Caroline. The locksmith can’t get a key made until July 30 or July 31. Not so much an issue as a request. Would it be possible to repaint the mile and quarter mile markers on the Clear Creek Trail? Most have faded away and when running in between distances or utilizing the trail for a bit of a speed work (since I don't know if residents have access to any of the public school tracks) it's nice to know those quarter mile marks.

The nature trail at Winslow Park now has many more paths than indicated by your online map, so many that Parks and Rec needs to mark the main trails to distinguish them from many, many spurs.

This is a follow-up to case #164460, which was marked as "resolved", but has not been resolved. This is part of a group of trees decimated by Indiana Railroad that is currently hanging across the trail in Butler Park. The lights mentioned in case #164460 have not been repaired and all of the fallen trees both in the actual park area and in the adjoining Indiana Railroad property have not been touched.

This the foot bridge over the stream at the North end of the clear creek trail. This is on the east end of the bridge. The piece of metal my kid is pointing at should be over the big crack at her feet.

uReport Case #168317: I got a follow up email today about the hole I reported. Thanks to the long period of heavy rainfall, I think I have discovered what is responsible for the holes---burrowing crawdads. So, I still think the holes are dangerous BUT maybe there is no point in filling them.
