Someone has spray painted an obscene word in big bright red letters on the wall at David St. and Sare Rd. This word has been on the wall for a couple of weeks and now the neighborhood children are referencing it.

Resident called in regarding a smithville fiber utility truck that parked on the lawn between the sidewalk and street. It left very large tire ruts. It is difficult to mow and should be repaired.
Unkept yard with poison ivy spilling on to sidewalk
There is a big piece of steel rebar sticking out of the sidewalk near the eastern entrance to 2427 E 2nd Street. It's become a safety issue for cars and pedestrian as many kids walk through there to get to the elementary school. Unsure if since it's an IU office if it's IU property? Water overflowing rapidly. I am not sure what kind of sewer this is, I just assumed it is overflow from recent rain.
3635 S. Bainbridge Dr. All three storm inlets during flash flooding events aren't able to keep up with the water demand which then sends water down our driveway. About 3 years ago a third drain was installed to help mitigate the issue but hasn't worked the way it was intended. We left for the weekend for a funeral this past weekend and the drains became clogged which then sent water down our driveway and flooded the basement for the second time this year. First time happened in November due to leaves and the leave pickup program overwhelming our storm inlets. We had a swell put in to mitigate the driveway water and it has worked well. However, when the storm drains clog, the swell is overwhelmed. Please help.
