There is a massive pot hole that formed recently. More than likely caused by a snow plow. It is located on the right side of the westbound lane of E Rhorer Rd at the intersection of S Sare Rd. I hit it just after turning from the stop sign and blew my tire. It is very difficult to see after dark and very dangerous as it is right before a blind hill.
Rhorer road is covered in potholes from this insane weather! Any patches would be appreciated- both sides of the road have many issues
Rhorer Rd is very dangerous due to the numerous pot holes. Vehicles are swerve into the other lane to avoid the pot holes.
There's about 25 potholes on Rhohrer Road, between Sare and Walnut. They've been there for weeks. It seems like the City is ignoring this. One of the potholes is extremely deep. The City has put up a rough road sign now, but cannot fix the potholes?

But it’s been well below freezing and there shouldn’t be standing water. I didn’t observe anything like this in the spring, summer or fall. I assume there’s a small water line leak underground, perhaps underneath the road. The road is cracked along the edge so there may be some freeze/thaw going on. It doesn’t seem to be an emergency — the flow seems pretty minimal but it does generate some ice south of the wet area when below freezing. I wanted to report this now that I realize what is going on. I placed a stake with orange flagging tape in the area where it seems like water is coming to the surface. Thanks for looking into this. Repeatedly (almost daily) they park a car blocking the sidewalk.
There is a red vehicle constantly parked on the sidewalk at 1500 south highland, just south of Hillside.
