434 E 2nd street. Cars all along the driveway, extending fully across the sidewalk and to the street. It is impossible for people to proceed safely, especially if they have a wheelchair or stroller and cannot squeeze between cars. .

Since there isn't an option for "idiot student idea"...there is a broken sofa bed perched on a very steep roof at 449 Henderson (NE corner of Henderson and 2nd). Even if it doesn't injure the idiot who attempts to use it, it could fall and hit someone else. Plus, it looks trashy!

We have had an on and off influx of horrible sewage smells on the south side of Bloomington for several months. It’s not just one house or a neighborhood. The smell is pungent from the corner of Old State road 37 south and E. Roher road continuing west to Roger and south to Clear Creek. Ever since construction started on west Gordon pike. It’s nauseating, has consistently awoken me from sleep, and is down right unpleasant. What if anything is being done? My water Utilization is up by a factor of 4 from past months. There is nothing that we are doing to dramatically increase water use. Either past or current metering is in error or there is some kind of major unknown usage.
