Back door is always unlocked. House has had no one living in it for years and it in general not habitable. At various times homeless are inside using drugs and sleeping.

Over grown grass as high as 24 in in places and piles of leaves provide cove for rats and breeding ground for tickbecomia public safety concernsmosquitos.
