Web Form: 229 W 1st St. Brownfields building along the B-line trail. Structure open to unlawful entry at two doorways and 2 windows. Used as a "shooting gallery" for intravenous drug use. 10 uncapped syringes collected from this building 8-21-19 by MC Health Dept. Interior littered with trash and feces. This is an attractive nuisance and a hazard to the public. Children witnessed exploring the interior subject to accidental needle sticks.
