Phone Call: Abandoned building had plywood on front door -- has been torn off. The site is contaminated w/diesel fuel and above ground tanks are dangerous.

after citing the property for trash, ordering the property sealed, and multiple conversations with the owner the problem remains, so it was taken to BPW and approved for abatement and the order to seal upheld. If not cleaned up and sealed within 10 days HAND will do it. Property has been sealed and trash has been removed.
