618 E. Atwater The roof has to be on the verge of collapse. If someone were to enter this structure, who knows what could happen to them. Beyond the fact that it is blight right in the middle of one of the most important parts of the city, the property and the structure is a danger to anyone near it. Please do something about this. It has been sitting like this entirely too long.
1209 West 11th Street This structure is a danger. Several windows are boarded up, the rotten original siding is showing in places, the house is surrounded by debris and the front porch is full of it. If someone is actually living in it, God help them. If someone is, HAND or someone needs to check on the people and the living situation, because they can't possibly be safe and it would be immoral to knowingly allow anyone to live in a house like that.

This place is filthy! There is shit everywhere and they even have little kids playing around in trash. There car plates expired in May. WTF Bloomington? The kids at 1005 W 6th have not taken their garbage to be emptied since they moved in (September). The past week, the full garbage can fell over in their front yard. Now animals are going through their garbage. It is slowly spreading in their yard.
