Resident called in regarding a smithville fiber utility truck that parked on the lawn between the sidewalk and street. It left very large tire ruts. It is difficult to mow and should be repaired.

I’m not sure what this is but it has left a large hole in the sidewalk. It’s off to the side so it doesn’t seem to be directly in the way of most foot traffic, but I figure it’s still a bit of a hazard. It appears to have half of a metal covering in it. It’s right outside the bluebird nightclub and that new Campus Craves place.
There is a big piece of steel rebar sticking out of the sidewalk near the eastern entrance to 2427 E 2nd Street. It's become a safety issue for cars and pedestrian as many kids walk through there to get to the elementary school. Unsure if since it's an IU office if it's IU property? West side of 500 block of S. Washington. Sidewalk cracked, broken, and heaved up by tree growth. Does the city claim sidewalk repair is the responsibility of adjacent property owner? What about the goal of walkability?

Hello, We live in the Echo Park community (2780 S. Walnut St. Pk.). We basically do not have safe walking access to the nearby Winslow Street. Families and the elderly risk their lives walking on the side of the asphalt, at a pretty dagerous intersection (cars do not have good sight when they turn to this street). Adding a short sidewalk would solve this problem. See picture attached (the problematic area is marked in red). It is a tragedy waiting to happen. Thank you.
111? E. Kirkwood: Some sort of restaurant runoff (floor cleaning water?) is dumped from behind Opi Taylor's/Malibu. This goes on year round, but creates a sheet of ice in the winter (as it is today). The water runs/ices in front of an empty lot, so no one deals with the sidewalk. It's approx. 111? E. Kirkwood, just past the alley behind Book Corner, just at the start of the parking lot next to CVS. I originally reported this in 2017, I guess before it was cold. ureport#161324 and I was told it was runoff from an AC unit, which I think we can be sure is not the case in today's weather. I'm a daily walker from the near westside to campus. This is an ongoing problem. I really would like someone to just take some responsibility for either the initial liquid or the ice that results.
