I inserted my card and the meter only issues one hour increments. I am downtown for a meeting and I need more time uninterrupted. In front of Buskirk-Chumley.

Broken parking meter in 100 block of College Avenue in front of JL Waters.
Hello, I parked in zone 7683 meter COLS101-A and it ate several of my quarters without adding more time to the meter. It did take some quarters but not others. I’m not concerned about getting my quarters back, but wanted to alert you to the issue to help future patrons. Thanks!
There are some parking meters on Madison, between 4th and Kirkwood, on the Kirkwood Apts side, that are missing the green stick that has the # to be entered on the parking app. Many thanks in advance for fixing this.
Hello: I put$2.50 in this meter this morning, and only received 1-1/2 hours. I used 2 quarters and 2 dollar coins. This happened to me on a previous occasion as well. Please check it out.
Hi - On July 26, 2019 I tried using the Park Mobile app and got a message “Your account is suspended”. Apparently my credit card had expired so I deleted the card and added back a valid card, but still got the message. I gave up on the app and paid $1 into the meter. Yet, I was still charged the $1.50 by Park Mobile so apparently the app started a session for me without notifying me. Interestingly I never had to cancel the parking session (since I didn't know I had one). I submitted a trouble ticket to Park Mobile (also July 26), and finally today (approx 6 weeks later), finally got a response from them that they have no responsibility for refunds. It's only $1.50 for me, but I'm sure other Bloomington citizens are getting charged for an error in the app. I'd personally also like my $1.50 refunded please. Also, the current approach for requiring the user to manually stop the parking or get charged for 12 hours feels like a bit of a revenue scam. Not sure if that's Bloomington policy or Park Mobile, but I'd like to see it changed to allow the user to pre-set the timeframes. I've used Park Mobile in other cities and you can pre-set how many hours you would like to park and then update as you go if needed.
The meter 7671 on Walnut between Kirkwood and 6th street is not working properly. I put two coins in which registered. The third and fifth coin did not register. I did my errand and skipped having dinner downtown since I didn't want to get a citation. This is not economically good for the downtown area. I avoid going downtown as much as possible since about a third of the time I try to use a meter, it malfunctions.
Customer reported that parking meter 5THE108-B was not accepting more than 1 hour of payment as of appr. 4pm on 8/24 - i.e. "up arrow" did not work.
Few motorists are paying for parking with the meters after 5 in the 300 block of E. 7th street, costing lost revenue for the city.
This meter took 3 quarters without registering them - I had to move to the one next door.
