These tenants never put back their trash and recycling bins. The sidewalk is narrow and the road busy. I sometimes have to take my dog into busy 3rd St. to get around the bins. Problem is at 411 3rd St. and has been an ongoing problem.
There are construction materials and waste strewn in the yard can be clearly seein from alley
I've been emailing for a year now about the fact that I am being billed for a medium garbage can but actually have a small one. Perhaps this method will work better.

Tenant who lives at 1002 W Cascade Ave (East side of the duplex) has excessive trash strewn around yard. There are also several non working vehicles parked on the property.
We have not received the little refrigerator magnet with the information about the recycling day for out neighborhood. Have these not been sent or did ours get lost in the mail?
