Coca-Cola has two now hiring banners on grass on site.
Grass has not been moved this season.
My son sustained a fairly serious facial laceration (5.5cm down to the bone across his whole left eyebrow requiring suturing at the ER by a plastic surgeon) in an indoor soccer game that night. From the sidelines, it was not clear what had happened, and while the ref walked over to look at my son on the ground, no one summonned any help from the sidelines or sent anyone off the field for aid supplies until I actually walked onto the field to see why he had not gotten up off the ground.
Citizen says neighbor stores a lot of metal trash in his yard but did not provide location.
Citizen stated she had to walk in traffic on the street to get through because the sidewalk has not been cleared in front of Auto Body Specialists.
This e-mail was sent to Citizen E-mail site: I was just wondering who owned the gravel lot at the cross streets of 11th and college avenue by scholars inn. There has been alot of trash and drunkin nonsense goin on there late at night I have been observing.
A resident e-mailed the Citizen website in regards to this property and the problem with overgrown weeds/grass. The home has been foreclosed on and the overgrown grass has been a continuous problem since last year. Please see attached copy of e-mail.
Testing purposes only. Grass is 30 feet tall.
Reported to Mike Carter via email 1/11/18. Reporting to uReport as well. FYI. With the new snow, it’s a lot easier to see where the leak is at. I hope you had a nice long weekend… Best, Rick On Jan 11, 2018, at 2:27 PM, Rick Birch Dietz wrote: Mike, here’s the scoop on the leak we discussed. Thanks! I live at 1500 E Maxwell Ln. I’m at the SE corner of Maxwell and Sheridan. There appears to be water pooling on east side of Sheridan near the western entrance to my driveway. I noticed ice here a few times last winter but thought it was just frozen road runoff and it wasn’t super cold last year so ice build-up wasn’t significant. But it’s been well below freezing and there shouldn’t be standing water. I didn’t observe anything like this in the spring, summer or fall. I assume there’s a small water line leak underground, perhaps underneath the road. The road is cracked along the edge so there may be some freeze/thaw going on. It doesn’t seem to be an emergency — the flow seems pretty minimal but it does generate some ice south of the wet area when below freezing. I wanted to report this now that I realize what is going on. I placed a stake with orange flagging tape in the area where it seems like water is coming to the surface. Thanks for looking into this.
