A number of medium/large tree limbs are on the ground within the tree plot area/sidewalk right-of-way. They are causing a hazzard for pedestrians. Can Street Department please clean these up (too large for homeowner).

Monday morning, Wylie just east of Woodlawn. Probably started out parked fine and then one fell over. Maybe the kickstands need improvement. I give location here rather on your map. I can find and set the location on the map but not figure out what to do to include it with this report which I assume you would like done. More instructions please.

Maybe I already reported but there was a point when reCAPTCHA took too long and I gave up. This was the Saturday after Thanksgiving on Fess just south of 2nd Street. When scooters are parked or staged like this it's pretty clear someone thinks scooters have priority over pedestrians. Not surprising, given the Mayor's failure to lead in this issue
