First of all - thank you for repairing the gutter in front of our house!! So much better - your crew was very professional, did a great job. But with all the recent rain (and even before then), the new gutter system is experiencing significant erosion issues to the point that the new drainage tubing is now exposed. I'm attaching two photos - one taken during a recent rainstorm, and the other taken the day after.

The company I rented through (Costley and Co) requires me to get a statement from you saying the water bill has been paid in full. We have seen increased instances of deer being hit by cars behind our home (1519 Bradshire) at Winslow and S. Xavier Ct. in the last year and would like signage posted to alert drivers that there is a wildlife hazard. We commonly observe afternoon eastbound drivers failing to stop at the stop sign at Winslow and Allendale and speeding down the hill toward Xavier Ct. where they regularly encounter wildlife. The greenway just east of Xavier Ct. is a common crossing point for deer, coyotes, foxes and other wildlife. For the protection of the drivers, the many children who live in the area, and the wildlife, we request that signage be posted. We would also be glad to see increased monitoring of the stop sign at Winslow and Allendale. Thank you.

The neighbors in shadow creek would like to see the city be more proactive in persuading the owner of this building lot to keep the grass mowed and remove the invasive trees that have grown out of the ponding water. The ponding happens after each rain and is a health issue for the residents, and a safety issue for kids on this street. This lot has looked like this for years as the 2 doctor investors that owned it previously were not inclined or forced to maintain it or properly fill it in. Anything you can do to help protect our property values by threatening fines and actions against the owner would be much appreciated. thank you, shadow creek residents.

#166419 Drainage or Runoff: Other: Hello, I am a property owner in the shadow creek subdivision and wish to file an anonymous complaint against the owner of the property at 1527 s andrew circle. I could not figure out how to manipulate your location map above so please ignore that address. I am building a house on the adjoining lot and am concerned about the serious flooding every time it rains. It has gotten worse since additional dirt has been added to the lot , and since i last reported the problem to the city last summer. Please see the picture attached and make a drive by for yourself to verify. It may overflow its banks tonight with the heavy rain that is predicted. It could flood my basement and the downhill neighbor potentially. But more important to the neighborhood and the city are the potentials for mosquitoes and even children or animals getting hurt in there. It should be an easy fix for the builder to rework the dirt he put in there to fill in the low spots and raise the grade for natural gravity drainage until he actually builds a house there. Thank you for your prompt attention to the issue . It seems to have been ignored after my previous complaint which was before the previous owner(developer ?) sold it.
