A Ford Country Squire Station wagon appears to have been abandoned on the street in front on my house in the 1200 block of South Washington Street. The car has not been moved since July 24th. Have had low water pressure since I move in but it became extremely low after around 8pm Thursday eve and continues to be little more than trickle.
I have lost water pressure and am only getting a trickle out of bathtub and sink and nothing from kitchen sink

South Fess Avenue has neighbors parking on both sides of the street despite having driveways. This is not just a tight squeeze for a normal car to get through, but the mail man cannot get through, and emergency vehicles like an ambulance or fire truck certainly would not be able to. Could a “no parking” sign on one side of the street be looked into for the safety of the South Fess residents and for Templeton Elementary School?
There is construction going on outside of my home. It looks like water is leaking and has been for awhile. And since the construction started my water pressure has been terrible.
1231 S. Fess has a large tree branch down that hangs into the street. Parking is at a premium in this area.
