Water was coming up around the new cover installed (City water line) near our front yard- not sure if there is a leak but the neighbor came over to tell us about it last evening when she was walking her dog. 818 Estate Drive in Clear Creek Estates

Two white-colored cars, a Metro LSI & an Aurora, have been beached in the parking lot of the Sherwood Hills condominiums for about 1.5 to 2 years. Both of the licence plates expired in 2018, and the Aurora has at least one flat tire.

A car has been parked on the street in front of our house for almost a month. The owner our house it is connected to has multiple other vehicles in their driveway that may or may not be registered properly.

Wait/Walk signals at Atwater and Woodlawn are confusing. Unless someone happens to press the button before the light changes, the wait signal stays on the whole time. Foreign students get especially confused. The 3rd and Woodlawn wait/walk signals can also be confusing, but are not nearly as bad.
