Neighbor's house is barely visible due to overgrown plants. There is an infestation of rats, mice, moles, and snakes throughout their property, inside and outside. We keep our house well-maintained, but found evidence of rats and mice in our attic. We have an a/c unit up there and the wires were chewed. It was a costly repair and we were told that there could have been a fire. Numerous neighbors have talked to the homeowner at this property, but nothing has been done for years. We would really appreciate the city's immediate assistance in this matter before something serious occurs. Thank you!

The home at 700 S. Highland (Southwest corner of E. University and S. Highland) has extensive overgrowth of weeds and tree branches into the sidewalk on S. Highland. The sidewalk has become impassable in some spots and damaged in others. Probably worth a visit by the city, and a citation.

The neighbor has constructed an in ground planter box within the bioswale. The planter box is constructed with cement brick and alters the flow of water through the bioswale.

This work was done 2 months ago (I'm not even sure what they were doing). My 15 year old boxwood hedges were destroyed, exposing the electrical box to the street, and not replaced. And there is a deep, exposed hole that gets deeper each time it rains, because it was not properly filled or re-seeded.

Hi - there is a mosquito infestation in the woods between Oaklawn park & meadowcreek. I can see the trail from backyard. There was a cloud of mosquitos. It is a wildlife sanctuary there are what I believe rare birds I do not want it cut down but I want an arborist/ ecologist to assess if pine forests naturally have 2 feet of weeds, vines, underbrush. I googled misquote habitat & it says this exactly. Does the city own this easement ( trail)? If not - is it in city limits & issue a citation? I looked on city website there is a line here so I don’t know if the woods is on city or county side. There is a new disease in America , EEE, that mosquitos carry and it can be fatal or cause seizures. I know Mother Nature does their landscaping. We had a water main break a few feet from this location about 6 months ago. I know a utility worker came out and said there was no issue, but you might want to double check. Seems like a lot of water to just randomly show up.

People driving off road vehicles on Jackson creek trail, driving on,the basketball court, driving on the playground a 6pm in the evening with people playing basketball, little kids on the play ground and users on the trail. The also drove them in the grass through the butterfly area trails. Black Nissan truck with trailer two off road vehicles. Guess you need a sign what would seem to be obviously irresponsible. It was a family with 2 adults and two, maybe three kids.

There was a water line break in May 2019 behind 2252 E Cape Cod Dr, Bloomington, IN 47401. The City of Bloomington Utilities patched the line and filled the hole. However, would like to know update of when City of Bloomington will do permanent patch/repair. Please advise.
