A discarded tire is on City property at the east end of Habitat. An old rug and some plastic bags were tossed into my yard from his side. The loose trash along Habitat is still there. People driving off road vehicles on Jackson creek trail, driving on,the basketball court, driving on the playground a 6pm in the evening with people playing basketball, little kids on the play ground and users on the trail. The also drove them in the grass through the butterfly area trails. Black Nissan truck with trailer two off road vehicles. Guess you need a sign what would seem to be obviously irresponsible. It was a family with 2 adults and two, maybe three kids.

There has been a shopping cart on my property for over a week now. I was told by a police officer to put a note on it with my trash and the City would take care of it. I did that on Sunday evening, but the cart is still on the sidewalk.
