2nd St Bloomfield Rd traffic signal @ TLRC is timed inefficiently worked all summer fine now you’ve got traffic backed to Rogers St Rolling Ridge does not need that much time get past this signal & away we travel again. FIX I T!!!!!
The light you guys added for the sports molecule completely backs up second street all the way to the hospital. There does need to be a light there and is fucking retarded. You dumbasses also got rid of turning lanes to make second street even more congested because you want to be a bunch of little pansy fucks that think pretty sidewalks are better than functionality. Intersection of 3rd and Pete Ellis is dangerous. Often a line for a left hand turn from 3rd develops to enter the B N parking lot. Island on 3rd doesn't allow traffic to get out of way from through traffic. Problem results in sudden braking and traffic congestion into College Mall and 3rd intersection. JAMES WOULD LIKE TO HAVE THE LOADING ZONE LOCATED IN FRONT OF HIS OFFICES AT 418 S WALNUT STREET MOVED TO IN FRONT OF THE BARS THAT ARE LOCATED DOWN THE STREET. Citizen says that roads through Winslow Farm between Winslow & Henderson (Bent Tree Dr, Wylie Farm Rd) are used as cut throughs and there is a bad speeding problem. Would like problem monitored and City to look into ways of reducing the speeding either through enforcement or some kind of traffic control.

Citizen says there is a short stretch of Hillside east of the intersection with Woodlawn which is dangerous to bicyclists and could be easily fixed by paving the shoulder. Julio will give copy of full comments from website to Tim.

Speed limit enforcement on E. Winston Street. Posted speed limit is 25mph, but cars do not respect this speed limit, especially when traveling down hill at Winston and Sare Rd intersection. Please enforce the speed limit. We have several small children in this area. Maybe a sign that says "Drive like your children live here"?
