There is what appears to be a fraternity renting all of the units at 403 E 20th St and they are constantly playing loud music and littering the property with empty containers that sit around for days before being cleaned up. Attached are pictures of the lot that has been littered for days. The noise from their parties can be heard from down the street and the litter often ends up on the sidewalk facing the street and the small wooded area behind the property. The parking lot behind the property is almost always covered in trash.

I wrote to the City, ticket 169435, and felt the reaction was strange. The case was closed after Parks and Rec said they do not oversee that area. That was my point. Perhaps if some development was done there, the situation would be better.

To who it may concern, After 3 or more maintenance requests in the last week for our air conditioning at apartment 123 of The Arch Bloomington, the General manager will not do anything about it beyond sending maintenance to keep adding free-on when there is an obvious other issue. Does Bloomington have an ordnance requiring Land lords to do background check on tenants before entering into contracts either tenants? I’m told this help make landlords aware of crimes against children and sex offenders . Is this true if so can I have a copy of this emailed to me? I have looked and can’t seem to find any such ordinance . I’m hoping this is a real thing. I’d like to bring this to my town board to be put in place in my home town to help keep children safe as much as we can. Thank you for your help.

I just wanted to alert you to some defamatory, and possibly criminal, behavior demonstrated by the regional manager of Hunter Properties, one of the larger leasing companies in Bloomington. He's both personally insulting me after I pointed out the poor handling of a pool closure policy and threatening to put my IU teaching position in jeopardy because he doesn't like that I pointed out the office's mishandling of the matter to the office and online. As a housing office I would want to know about this happening in my city; thus, I'm alerting you. I'm happy to email the entire printed PDF since I know these files may not attach.

Re these parcels: 53-08-11-204-004.000-009 53-11-03-100-079.000-006 is it the same owner? both of them have homestead exemptions. i thought this was not allowed.

I live at 925 N. Madison St. I want to report that the tenants and or management of 910 N. Rogers St. haven't been taken care of the grass and it's waist high. I have seen rodent come out of the grass and it's becoming a problem for me, because these rodents try and sometimes get under my porch and die.
