Weekday parking in Zone 4 has become nearly impossible since the recent ordinance change which combined Zones 4 & 5 AND the change to not allow zone 4 parkers to use empty metered spaces. Zone 4 is now filled with parkers from the Library and off-campus fraternity houses using visitor passes for their bros who drive in to park. HELP, Please.

This is on a utility pole behind my house at 319 N Dunn St. The pole is located on the south side of 8th St. between Dunn and Grant. It's right next to the small parking spot in my back yard (there's normally a black Subaru Forrester parked there). When I noticed it last night, it was swinging back and forth in the wind. I know absolutely nothing about electrician stuff, but I'm worried that this is an exposed wire from the utility lines that could hurt someone.

The green painted street light in the 300 block of 7th street is burned out and is causing a safety issue. The large street light still works. It is on the north side of street , near a tree.

The City of Bloomington removed a tree approximately three years ago at the corner of Lincoln and 7th St. We would like to know if the City can plant another tree in that mow strip along 7th Street where the City had removed the tree.

We are having a landscape crew dig stumps in this area, but before we can start - it needs to be flagged and checked for underground utilities. I actually don’t have an address for these stumps. Is there anyway you can have the underground utilities checked in the red circle on the photo of the map below? Please let me know. Parking meter 76118 is not accepting debit/credit card payment. I tried to use my card at least 15 times, but it would not work. I accidentally paid for 1 hour of parking at the spot next to it to verify my card was working. I had to install the mobile app to pay for parking at this spot.
