Mr. Murphree moved to an area that has a lot of trees and could no longer use his satelite service so he became an Insight customer. Mr. Murphree has impaired hearing outside the range of being able to discriminate words, no matter how high the volume is set. Mr. Murphree is seeking to have closed captioning for the hearing impaired provided for Insights "On-Demand viewing"

Mr. Gold lives on Oak Street which is off of 8th Street. He said that Oak Street is not plowed by the city and inquires why not and if it should be plowing the street
Mr. Gold believes that a vehicle parked on 8th Street is an abandoned vehicle and wants it moved.
