Ms. Young is reporting unsightly weeds and trash at 823 W. 7th Street as well as trimmings and brush that have not been removed. The vegetation and debris detract from the overall tidiness of the neighborhood and may compromise public health by attracting unwanted pests.
There is bamboo growing at this property. It is spreading to 3614 E Longview.
During tornado at College Mall people were put in emergency exit corridors. Corridors were stacked with chairs and tables.
Utilities notified the fire department that Southern Winds has re-routed domestic water to a fire line. Usage has been high on the fire line and they will be back-billed to Jan. 1997. Utilities want inspector to check it out to make sure that the fire systems are safe.
There is graffiti on the west side of this structure. it says "F*** the BPD and IUPD" There is also other grafitti on the structure that is not as offensive.
Limestone benches at 6th and Lincoln have been tagged.
"Eat up kids" on a wall across from Le Petit Cafe. Warehouse building on B-Line has "Philandro" written on it as well. Unsure if one or both of these is private property.
