HIGH GRASS
HIGH GRASS
THIS REPORT CAME THRU OMBUDSMAN: WHILE WALKING DOG, DOG WENT INTO THE GULLY NEXT TO THE BANK BETWEEN SARAGA ORIENTAL MARKET AND COLLEGE MALL ROAD AND GOT INTO SOME FISH PARTS THAT ARE DUMPED IN THE GULLY. SUSPECTS SARAGA IS DUMPING. WOULD LIKE THIS INVESTIGATED AND SARAGA INFORMED NOT TO DUMP, IF THEY ARE DOING THIS.
A citizen stated via a departmental email that the sidewalks in this area have not been cleared after any of the snowfalls this year.
Fred Cate sent e-mail objecting to the adjustment in rate for irrigation water. Mr. Cate does not feel the amount of adjustment is justified.
Ms. Averitt submitted this complaint through the COB E-Governmental web site. Her neighbor who lives at 1516 Bradshire Court never mowes the grass and the grass is not 8 to 10 inches tall.
Ms. Cobine stated that her neighbor's property that adjoins the back of her property has a very large brush pile measuring 7 feet high and 25 feet long. She also states that skunks and rats have made this pile their home.
Apparently the bank has taken possession of the property and house at 305 W Coolidge Dr. The tenant moved out weeks ago, and the property has not been mowed since. I do not know who the current owner is, and maybe they do not know the property is in need of maintenance, but it is in need of mowing at the least.
The branches in front of 1512 E. Hillside are hanging over the sidewalk making it difficult to walk on.
There is a large dumpster behind the house that appears to be full and it has been there for several months. There is also a large brush pile along the alley.
This is a citizen complaint e-mail: Please, have someone go to 607 S. Eastside Drive. There is trash in an overflowing can and a bag next to the can that has been ripped open. Whatever action you take, must not deter the people who live there because this is not the first time I have complained about this house.
