Dear HAND. The house on the corner of Atwater and High Street (316) has several large bags with trash on the front porch. They have been there for weeks. This complaint was sent to the Citizen's e-mail site. The e-mail states: The property at 3212 S. Southern Oaks Court has been vacant for months and has not been mowed. There are some stickers on the door, but I don't know if these relate to the lawn or the foreclosure on the home.

the bushes at the southeast corner on the property have become so over grown that they are causing a line of sight problem when pulling onto Rogers from Prospect.
