excessive growth on sidewalk
excessive growth on sidewalk
Complaint came from a resident that says the LL refuses to do snow removal in the parking lot, sidewalks and piles of snow in from of tenants garages.
I talked with Tom last evening about the attached (he is going to enforce the code violation). Over the past weeks, this car and others have been parking on the sidewalk in front of Rogres/Binford schools adjacent to the Greystone apartments (2nd and High). Can we somehow mark the public right-of-way and possibly add bollards to prevent this in the future? Can we have Cedarview clean up their dumpster area too?
Bushes are over grown onto the sidewalk.
Jamie Morris, property mgr, is making a complaint on the tenants. trash on back deck and sometimes on the front sidewalk. mgr. has warned tenants.
