Bushes at the southeast corner of the property are causing a line of sight problem.
Lots of trash, old couch, dead car in back yard
hedges overgrown, never gets cut, can't see traffic
empty lot across the street from 1112 S. Madison with shrubs overgrown, seemingly nothing done
overgrown yard, for sale sign outside, no answer to calls or knocks
Received email from the planning dept. The uncontainered trash bags around the back wall of 809 S. Fess are an increasing nuisance on our block. When I complain to the students, they clean up the alley a bit but do not put out their trash weekly. The raccoons, rats, ect. get into it and carry bits of garbage around the back alley, where my toddler and I like to walk. This week is a typical example of what is lying around back there. Thanks for your help, singed Roby Fischman.
tenants at this house leave their trash out in the backyard for weeks at a time without trash cans. this has caused a rodent problem.
