Trash issue.
The roof still has a tarp on it, weeds in the yard are at least a foot high, the property has not been occupied or maintained for 3 years or so. DORIS SENT THIS TO ME. FOLLOW UP WITH HER.
Cannot see oncoming traffic when pulling out onto Vernal from Lemon.

Sycamore Neighborhood indicated concerns with this property. Resource Specialist Presslaff indicated the property being vacant but several unlocked and opened doors.
Sidewalks not cleared.
I talked with Tom last evening about the attached (he is going to enforce the code violation). Over the past weeks, this car and others have been parking on the sidewalk in front of Rogres/Binford schools adjacent to the Greystone apartments (2nd and High). Can we somehow mark the public right-of-way and possibly add bollards to prevent this in the future? Can we have Cedarview clean up their dumpster area too?
210 e 11 th - new tenants moved in and then left town, leaving behind trash bag by front step. Landlord hasn't provided a trash can for these new tenants. No house numbers to identify the house either.
