Location of your Problem: 408 S S. Jordan Details: Our neighbors have failed to use their trash cans which are laying beside the trash bags that sit next to their side door. We have a window that faces their side porch where they put their trash bags. On multiple occasions we have seen 1-3 rats rummaging through their garbage. between the houses 2005 & 2007 e atwater is an alley. go down the alley and look for a pile of brush and that should belong to a house on High St. the caller did not know the address. Sorry
