It is 3321 N Valleyview Dr in Fritz Terrace. I drove by yesterday and it looks like the trash that had been strewn on the front driveway has been moved to the north side of the house and covered with tarp. complaint of overgrowth. You might also leave a drop card or try to talk to person living there. Neighbor thinks this may be an unregistered rental. She said man who previously lived there, (still listed on GIS) always kept place very nice. Now she has only seen a woman living here.
