This complaint was sent to the Citizen's e-mail site. The e-mail states: The property at 3212 S. Southern Oaks Court has been vacant for months and has not been mowed. There are some stickers on the door, but I don't know if these relate to the lawn or the foreclosure on the home.

Dear HAND. The house on the corner of Atwater and High Street (316) has several large bags with trash on the front porch. They have been there for weeks. The grass and weeds on the property are overgrown. Lawn has not been mowed for at least a couple months.

There is a problem with high weeds and trash at 2421 S. Bryan St. Mr. Price emailed the Ombudsman to report that he has went to this address and cleaned it up himself because it was such an eyesore. I told him to contact the HAND Dept. He also stated that homeless people were living in the abandoned trailer and old shed on the property. I ask him to contact the Bloomington Police Dept.
