Location of your Problem: 1821 and 1824 E Thornton Drive Details: I live on East Thornton Drive in Beechwood Manor II. I have a copy of the ordinance for our neighborhood (found in plat book 7, page 99). The ordinance states that "Every dwelling shall have a ...driveway... All residents are to park off the street on these drives..." Two of my neighbors regularly park thier cars on the street. House 1821 parks one of their cars on the street, and house 1824 parks 2 cars on the street. This is becoming an issue because snow plows cannot clear snow effectively and the trash trucks need to pull back and forth multiple times to turn around in the cul-de-sac. More than half of the sidewalk on the northwest corner of 1st & Henderson (Henderson Street side) is overgrown with plants/bushes/weeds. You can not navigate a wheelchair or have 2 people walk side by side.

The sidewalk south of Taylor Ct along Olcott Blvd has about a 1" of sediment on it and needs cleared. There was some ponding occurring on the sidewalk but we shoveled a channel through the tree plot to release the water to the inlet in low point of the road.
