This was sent to the City via the Citizen e-mail site: The citizen states:
this house would easily recognized what a "sore thumb", they are in violation of multiple city codes & have been for several months. They have trash littering their yard, driveway and porch. They have temporary fixtures sitting in their driveway for 3+ months (storage devices). They have had several cars "up on blocks" sitting in their driveway & obstruct the sidewalk. The grass is over 3' tall.

Dear HAND.
The house on the corner of Atwater and High Street (316) has several large bags with trash on the front porch. They have been there for weeks.
This may be something for your trash compliance officer to go and have a look at (after the snow has stopped).
Thanks,
Stella Hooker-Haase
