trash thrown in the back yard, turning into dump, potential rat haven, neighbor at 4401 has given permission to view problem from her yard. She is usually home during the day.
1.) Approximately one month ago a 12ft. by 12ft. lean-to, homemade tarp structure was constructed, complete with poles, ropes and stakes, extending from the garage out into the driveway. 2.) A mound of excavated earth approximately 15ft. at the base and 6-8 ft. in height has been left in the back yard for several years.3.) Just behind (north) of this mound is a pile of uncut, unsplit tree trunks and limbs that were delivered by a commercial tree service approximately 2-3 years ago.
Ms. Middendorf lost a set of keys and is inquiring if there is a lost and found.
I tripped on this manhole cover and am worried that someone else may do the same. Is there anything that can be done to mitigate a potential future issue?
VACANT LOT TO THE EAST OF THIS ADDRESS HAS HIGH GRASS
She has just moved to Collins Living Learning Center and as a D5 dorm parking permit. She needs another permit in order to park her car around Collins and not receive a ticket.
Citizen stated that in the 600 block of N. Smith Road in what use to be the old Ken-Lawn Garder Center that the grass has not been moved this season and the grass is high.
