Location of your Problem: 1215 S. Grant Details: I want to file a complaint about my neighbors at 1215 S Grant St, Bloomington, 47401. Bags of waste regularly accumulate on their front porch and around the yard and are never tagged and removed on garbage days. The property is owned by a landlord whose name I don't know. Several bags are present on the porch and around the property currently.

The tenants at this address recently moved out. They have left trash on the front porch that is rotting and leaking everywhere. She has also left items at the back garage as well. They are worried about rodents.
Masonry pillars supporting roof and second floor balcony have recently shifted and are leaning.
Fred Cate sent e-mail objecting to the adjustment in rate for irrigation water. Mr. Cate does not feel the amount of adjustment is justified.
