Storm water has broken concrete and asphalt draining under street. Two small holes on either side of inlet. The drain elevation is also a problem on other end.

woman dumps garbage out kitchen window, towards back end of house, says it's compost: consists of eggs, pizza, dinner rolls,tomatoes, sandwiches, burritoes, just plain garbage. Attracts bugs, animals, etc.Complaint in rental file.
