mr niemann voiced his building frustration regarding the winslow farm/sweetbriar drainage creek project. apparently, he has been bringing this to our attention annually for the past three years. claims that the only work that we have done was done done poorly and was not graded properly, thus creating an eroding gouge. furthermore, it is effecting his property value.
