Deer issue. They are present around the home, eating all the flowers in and out of their fence. It's been a huge economic expense to put up a fence and replant landscaping.

Eric, This complaint was sent to me by email from a councilmember. Can you have Kenny go by and issue a warning? Thanks!
Report of graffiti at 1301 Woodhill Dr. There has been a "F--- You" spray painted onto a vacant house, as well as a spray painted phallic object on the street. A stop sign was also marked nearby.
Stop sign issue. The stops signs on Rogers (intersection with Dodds) are not apparent enough, so people have a tenancy of blowing through the four way intersection. The suggestion is a red reflective strip on the sign pole, or another way of making the stop signs more visible in order to improve safety at the intersection.
There is no yellow paint or other indicator near the intersection so people don't part close to it. As such, turns become tight and difficult, as well as there being an obstructed line of sight because cars are in the way. The request is that there be some measure put in place to prevent parked cars from clogging the intersection.
Damage to soap dispenser in women's restroom at Bryan Park, north of westernmost baseball diamond was reported to me.
Dear Sir or Madam: My wife and I own Shean Properties Ltd. and the property at 1114 North College Avenue in Bloomington. Directly to the north of our building is 1116 North College Avenue which is owned by Robert Grabbe. His home has been a mess since we acquired this property in 1994. I believe that Mr. Grabbe has abandoned the building. The postal carrier has told us that homeless people are living inside. The lawn has not been cut in months and I haven’t seen Mr. Grabbe in 3 months. It is time for the City to exercise its authority under the Unsafe Building Law and remedy this situation. At the very least the grass should be cut and the broken windows boarded up. Thanks, John John H. Shean, Esq. SHEAN LAW OFFICES, P.C. 1114 N. From: Diane Fraker <dianefraker70@gmail.com> Date: Mon, May 22, 2017 at 6:23 PM Subject: [legal] 1209 West 11th Street To: legal@bloomington.in.gov Hello. I have lived at 1211 West 11th Street with my daughter for 2 1/2 years. I have called HAND multiple times concerning the house next to me at 1209 West 11th Street. The yard is not mowed on a regular basis with the backyard waist high at present. There are out buildings that are in disrepair with trash throughout the yard. There is also a truck in the backyard that hasn't been moved in 2 1/2 years along with stacks of tires. There are trash bags, mattresses, and other items on the front porch. Multiple windows are boarded up, and there are large holes in the roof. There are Copperheads in the yard. There are many pedestrians in the area and with the snakes present, there is a very real danger. I called animal control last summer and was told they couldn't do anything because it was the snakes' "natural habitat". I greatly appreciate your attention to this matter. Diane Fraker 812-360-7243
Southeast Park is beautiful but there are two trees in the easement on the way around the bend from Montclair heading south then west on Arden that hang out over the road. If you stay in our lane on the curve coming on to Arden at the park by the baseball diamond, you're going to clip both trees. Could they be trimmed back a bit in the road area? Thank you so much.
Excessive growth at a seemingly abandoned property, hole in the front door and animals residing in the residence.
