mr niemann voiced his building frustration regarding the winslow farm/sweetbriar drainage creek project. apparently, he has been bringing this to our attention annually for the past three years. claims that the only work that we have done was done done poorly and was not graded properly, thus creating an eroding gouge. furthermore, it is effecting his property value.

Sidewalk Snow Removal

310 W 14th ST

Case Date:
1/28/2026

Sidewalks along W 14th St between Madison and College have not been cleared. The landlords did have their parking lots maintained but they piled the snow into tall embankments on the sidewalks and didn't touch the sidewalks at all. It's a big concern because the guests of these units routinely are parking in the street in the narrowly cleared area making it barely passable for cars while pedestrians also are trying to walk on the street.
