Neighborlink Report Location of your Problem: 3603 S Kingsbury Ave Details: There is a house on our street, S Kingsbury Ave, that has been empty since November 2009 when the owner, Phyllis Phillips died. Different people from the neighborhood have mowed the front area from time to time. The house has several dead trees that need to be removed, lots of limbs and just recently a large part of the tree in the front yard came down in the winds and is still there. It makes the neighborhood look bad. We are hoping you will be able to help get our street looking good again! The address of the house is 3603 S Kingsbury Ave. It is on the corner of Allendale and Kingsbury. As you turn onto Kingsbury it is the first house on the left. I'm currently on bus 0345 with a female driver going eastbound towards Fountain Park. She was just incredibly, incredibly rude to a fellow bus rider. She threw her hands in the air when the new rider did not immediately have their ID in hand, mentioning "this isnt a taxi service" and just overall being very disrespectful. Her attitude was very unprofessional and I could tell the other rider was very uncomfortable.
